What are your sweatshirts, hoodies, and sweatpants made of?

Every sweatshirt, hoodie, button polo, and pair of sweatpants we make is crafted from 100% natural ring-spun cotton. The only exception is our Grey Mix color, which contains a minimal 5% polyester to create the signature Two Tone Speckled Look.

What is the difference between the Classic collection and the Privé Collection?

Our Classic collection features heavyweight 420 GSM fleece with a traditional relaxed fit. The Privé Collection is made from 100% cotton French Terry at 400 GSM and uses a reverse-grain cut for a structured, refined drape.

What is 400 GSM French Terry and how does it compare to heavyweight fleece?

GSM means grams per square meter and describes fabric density. Our 400 GSM French Terry used in the Privé line features smooth outer surfaces paired with looped inner yarn construction. It provides a substantial, breathable drape, while heavyweight fleece has a warmer, traditional plush interior.

How does the Ladies UltraSoft collection compare?

The Ladies UltraSoft collection is made from 350 GSM 100% cotton fabrics. It offers a lighter, softer, and more relaxed drape than the heavier Classic and Privé collections.

What is ring-spun cotton and why does it matter?

Ring-spun cotton is made by continuously twisting cotton fibers into finer, stronger, and softer yarn. This creates a smooth hand feel and helps improve garment durability.

Do your garments pill after washing?

We offer a strict No-Pilling Guarantee. High-grade ring-spun cotton and proper garment care help our fabrics resist pilling over time.

What sizes are available, and how do I find my fit?

Our products follow North American sizing standards. Product measurements are measurements of the garment itself, not body measurements. Compare the size chart with a garment that fits you well. As a general guide, allow approximately 6 to 8 inches beyond your actual chest measurement, depending on your preferred fit.

How should I wash and dry my 100% cotton garment?

Machine wash in cold water, with an initial water temperature not exceeding 40°C or 105°F. Wash with like colors, do not use bleach, and tumble dry on low or lay flat or air-dry.

Do I need to wash Sand colored garments separately?

Yes. Sand-colored and Vintage Dyed garments should be washed separately for the first few washes because they may transfer some color. After the initial washes, follow the care instructions on the garment label.

Will my garment shrink after washing?

Our garments are pre-shrunk during the garment-dyeing process. Minimal shrinkage, typically less than 2-3%, may occur when garments are washed in cold water and tumble dried on low or air-dried.

Where do you ship from?

Orders shipping within the United States are fulfilled from our warehouse in Buffalo, New York. Orders shipping within Canada are fulfilled from our Canadian Head Office.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location in the United States or Canada.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Unused and unworn items may be returned within 30 days with the original receipt for a refund, less applicable shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee applies to refunds on orders that qualified for free shipping.

Chest Circumference: Measure the garment 1" below the armholes from side to side, then double the measurement.
Body Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom of the waistband.
