What are your sweatshirts, hoodies, and sweatpants made of?
Every single sweatshirt, hoodie, button polo, and pair of sweatpants we make is crafted from 100% natural ring-spun cotton with zero synthetic polyester blends. The only minor exception is our Grey Mix color, which contains a minimal 5% polyester strictly to achieve that signature two-tone speckled look. Our cuffs and waistbands are thoughtfully engineered with a touch of Lycra to preserve their elasticity, maintain their shape, and provide a comfortable, enduring fit through repeated wear.
What is the difference between the Classic collection and the Privé Collection?
Our Classic collection features heavyweight 420 GSM fleece designed with a traditional relaxed fit, built for maximum rugged warmth and everyday durability. In contrast, our Privé Collection (Crewneck #2101, Pullover #2103, Zip Hoodie #2105, and Sweatpants #2127) is crafted from luxurious 100% Cotton French Terry 400 GSM utilizing a fashionable reverse grain (cross-grain) cut. This specialized construction resists vertical shrinkage and provides a sleek, tailored drape with an exceptionally refined hand feel.
What is 400 GSM French Terry and how does it compare to heavyweight fleece?
GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter, measuring fabric density. Our 400 GSM French Terry used in the Privé line features smooth outer surfaces paired with looped inner yarn construction. It offers a dense, substantial drape that breathes exceptionally well across changing seasons, whereas our classic heavyweight fleece delivers a thicker, traditional plush interior warmth.
How does the Ladies UltraSoft collection compare?
The Ladies UltraSoft collection is crafted from 350 GSM 100% cotton fabrics designed specifically for a lighter, drapier, and luxuriously soft feel against the skin. It provides a more relaxed, effortless drape compared to our heavy-duty Classic and Privé collections while remaining 100% natural cotton.
What is ring-spun cotton and why does it matter?
Ring-spun cotton is made by continuously spinning and twisting the cotton fibers to create finer, stronger, and significantly softer yarn. This superior spinning process locks in longevity and gives our apparel its trademark smooth hand feel and natural strength without needing synthetic polyester fillers.
Do your garments pill after washing?
No! We offer a strict no-pilling guarantee. By using high-grade, long-staple ring-spun cotton with zero polyester fillers, our fabrics naturally resist pilling over years of wear.
What sizes are available, and how do I find my fit?
Our products are manufactured according to North American sizing standards. Measurements provided in our size charts are of the product itself, not body measurements. The most important measurement for determining size is chest circumference: we generally recommend adding 6" to 8" to your actual chest circumference, depending on your preferred fit, and matching that to the sizing chart.
How should I wash and dry my 100% cotton garment?
Machine wash in cold water (initial water temperature should not exceed 40°C / 105°F) with like colors. Do not use bleach, as the garment is not colorfast or structurally able to withstand bleach products. Tumble dry on low or lay flat/air-dry to maintain longevity and minimize shrinkage.
Do I need to wash Sand colored garments separately?
Yes! Sand colors (and our Vintage Dyed colors) should be washed separately for the first few times, since they can color transfer (bleed) a little. After those initial washes, you can follow the standard care instructions on the garment label (most items: machine wash cold and tumble dry low with like colors).
Will my garment shrink after washing?
Our garments are pre-shrunk during the garment-dyeing process, taking the excess shrinkage out so you get a consistent, reliable fit wash after wash. Minimal shrinkage (typically less than 2-3%) may occur if washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low or air-dried.
Where do you ship from?
Orders shipping within the United States are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Buffalo, NY. Orders shipping within Canada are fulfilled and shipped from our Canadian Head Office to ensure fast delivery with zero cross-border delays or duties.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location in the US or Canada. Orders are dispatched quickly from our Buffalo, NY or Canadian fulfillment centers.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns of unused, unworn items are accepted within 30 days with the original receipt for a full refund (minus any shipping charges). If a refund is requested on an order that qualified for free shipping, a 15% restocking fee will be charged on the returned items only.
