Return Instructions

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible merchandise may be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days from the original invoice date, subject to the terms and conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers who created an online account may initiate a return by logging into their account at https://justsweatshirts.com/login.php. Once logged in, your order history will be displayed. Select “Return Item(s)” beside the applicable order and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your return request.

Mailing Instructions

Please return all eligible merchandise in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached. To ensure proper processing, include a copy of your Packing Slip, Sales Receipt, or Order Confirmation Email with your return shipment.

To qualify for a refund, all returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging fully intact. Items identified as “Final Sale,” “Final Markdown,” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise deemed unsuitable for resale will not be accepted for return. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to the approval and processing of any refund.

Orders placed using any FREE SHIPPING promotion are subject to a 15% restocking fee on all approved returned merchandise.

Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest and most efficient way to obtain a different size, color, or style is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order online.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above, the return will be rejected, no refund will be issued, and the customer will be responsible for any applicable return shipping costs associated with sending the merchandise back to them.

Upon request, a prepaid UPS return shipping label may be provided via email. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the final refund amount.
