Shipping Within Canada

Canadian orders are fulfilled through our Canadian Head Office and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $150 or more. The final shipping charge, if any, is shown at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Unused and unworn items may be returned within 30 days with the original receipt. Refunds exclude shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee applies when a refund is requested on an order that qualified for free shipping. Review the returns policy before retruning an item(s).

Care

Machine wash cold, no warmer than 40°C / 105°F, with like colors. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry low or air-dry to minimize the typical 2–3% shrinkage. Wash sand-colored garments separately, especially on the first wash, to help prevent dye transfer.
