Just Sweatshirts Ltd. is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible merchandise for a refund within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, customers may log into their account through our website and follow the prompts to begin the return process. Alternatively, customers may return merchandise by mail in accordance with Section 2 below.
2. Return by Mail
To return merchandise by mail, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Returns must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip, Sales Receipt, or Order Confirmation email, and mailed to the applicable address below:

3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, all returned merchandise must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Just Sweatshirts reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse a refund on any item that does not meet these conditions.
Merchandise marked "Final Sale," "Final Markdown," or "Clearance" at the time of purchase is not eligible for return or refund. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders placed under a promotional free shipping offer are subject to a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise. This fee applies only to items being returned and will be deducted from the applicable refund.
4. Exchanges
Just Sweatshirts does not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to receive a different size or style are encouraged to return the original item by mail for a full refund, in accordance with this policy, and place a new order separately through our website.
5. Prepaid Return Shipping
Upon request, Just Sweatshirts can provide a prepaid UPS return shipping label via email. The cost of this shipping label will be automatically deducted from the customer's refund amount.
